Tracking and Delivery

Where can I track my item(s)?
Most items are sent with tracking. You should receive your tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received it, please get in touch with us.

Why haven't I received my item(s)?
Shipping typically takes between 2-7 working days, depending on your location and the operating hours of your local post office. In some cases, it may take longer.

Who delivers my item(s)?
Your items will be dispatched from our fulfilment centre and usually delivered to you via your local postal service.

What time are deliveries usually made?
Deliveries are typically made during business hours, Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, depending on your local postal system.

What happens if no one is at home?
No worries! If your items are small enough, they will likely be left in your postbox. If the postie can't access your postbox, they’ll usually leave your package at the local post office for you to pick up.

Where do you ship from?
We currently ship from Melbourne, Australia, which is why it might take a little longer for your items to reach you.

Address and Order Changes

I messed up my delivery address, what do I do?
No problem! Just contact us immediately, and we'll be happy to update your address. Please email us your correct address along with your order number as soon as possible.

What about my billing address?
Billing addresses are currently non-editable to prevent and minimise fraud. Please note that all details submitted to us are final.

Change of address after receiving confirmation of shipping
According to our terms & conditions, once an order has been dispatched, any changes to the order cannot be made and become the sole responsibility of the buyer.
